Our Story

Grand Stage Diner is a legend in the restaurant industry. Originally located by the theater district, we have served many famous actors from Broadway shows. We are world famous for our pastrami, corned beef, and cheese cake. Our last location was by Madison Square Garden, where we served many famous athletes, celebrities, and politicians.

We are now proud to announce that our diner tradition is reborn officially at East Meadow, Long Island. The tradition continues with a full menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also have a full service bar with an extensive menu. From our tempting appetizers to our mouth watering sautés, there is something for every palate.

Our mission is to offer our guests the highest quality of food in a comfortable, clean, and friendly environment. Our staff’s goal is to provide you with courteous and personalized service, so they may make your dining experience one to remember. Your comments, suggestions, and feedback are important to us. Please feel free to share them at any time.

Our Dishes

We locally source fresh and high quality produce and ingredients to use in all our dishes. While some of our recipes stay true to tradition, you also get to choose from some distinct Grand Stage dishes. If you’re up to it, you may even create your own deli sandwich. No matter what time of the day you’re here, we have something for you.
